Youth Health and Fitness Program:


Rollerskating will be used as a source for good safe and fun exercise from ages 6-18 yrs of age.

will learn the basic's of skating(how to fall correctly,turns,backward skating and skate equipment.)


Advance skating will have alot of higher energy and strong skill level, with the focus on Burning calories,eating healthier and education in keeping your mind and body strong.


Fair and festivals: All ages will experience in have fun being involed in area Fairs and festivals as gowards and performance,getting the awareness about health and fitness.
